What you are looking at
The player wears a phone. The phone runs the game in WebXR on a private Raspberry Pi access point with no internet at all. A handheld controller talks to the Pi over its own TCP link.
When the player presses the stick, the phone photographs the room and sends the frame up the chain. Gemini captions it. Nemotron reads the caption and writes a level: a biome, a name, how many zombies, how fast they are, how far they can see. The world swaps in without the game dropping a frame. The room's microphone level feeds hostility, so a loud room is a harder room.
The LIVE tab is the demo's own dashboard, mirrored off the demo machine as it runs. It is read-only: the controls that live on the real dashboard are deliberately not here.
